Spirituality or Religion or Spirituality/Religion

This posting has nothing to do with being a

“Bible Thumping”!

“Spirituality is not religion to American Natives.

Religion is not a Native concept, it is a non Native word, with implications of things that often end badly, like Holy wars in the name of individuals God’s and so on.

Native people do not ask what religion another Native is, because they already know the answer.

To Native people, spirituality is about the Creator, period~”

I have not nor will I ever push my beliefs on anyone ever, even if asked to, however, I will always defend, if necessary, my right to my beliefs?

I am sure that anyone reading my websites and blogs understands my beliefs.

This posting has nothing to do with being a bible thumper!

I’m going out on a limb again, so what’s new.

I really hate to go towards even looking like preaching however, the rest of the world is constantly preaching in my ears about something, so click delete or read on?

There is one person in the last 20 centuries that has been talked about, for the good or for the bad of it, far more than any other.

The Atheist, spend 95% of their lives trying to get people to hide this person from them, good luck with that.

The Jewish people, at least by reading the Old Testament, I cannot read their Torah,

spend a great deal of the book writing about the coming of this person.

The Christians preach the belief in this person before they die.

The Muslims have their replacement of this person.

Not many people even dispute that this person did live, many believe that he still does.

However, very few people do not recognize the name of this person.

I found this 10 page story in my mailer today and can only dispute one sentence out of all ten pages.

Who Is the Real Jesus?

“Regardless of what anyone may personally think or believe about him,

Jesus of Nazareth has been the dominant figure in the history of Western culture

for almost twenty centuries.”

Now let us get this clear.

Among

(Pantheists, like the Indians),

anyone might say that he was a part of God, or one with God

Is Jesus God?

I would say that at least 99.98% on the natives that I have enjoyed the company with, believe in Creator and each of us has different names for the same and many believe in the son of Creator so, different is as different does? 🙂

The ten pages of interesting reading is based for the most part

on past non-believers trying to find a way to keep not believing?

You be the judge!

It has come to our attention that people wish to profit from our writings? Donna,( tahtonka.com) trained 8 years in college about indigenous people and has been working closely with our attorneys making sure that the rights to write and any/all would be income gets to our indigenous people. One is always allowed to enjoy the writings, re-blog with credit, writing to profit is a direct insult to our ancestors.
