Edmonton Oilers and the US National Anthem

Edmonton Oiler Fans finish singing US anthem after mic stopped working

Published on May 1, 2017

In Edmonton Alberta Canada. Stanley Cup Playoff game April 30th 2017.

Country recording artist Brett Kissel had microphone problems

at the start of the US National Anthem.

Although sound came across the television with his micophone,

it was not broadcasting inside Rogers Place Arena sound system.

No problem.

Edmonton Oilers Fans covered for him, singing the entire US National Anthem, ( words were not on any prompters). A great tribute to the devotion of Hockey fans in Canada and the United States. Very classy moment in NHL Hockey that will not be soon forgotten!
