If this does not make you sit up and take notice,
nothing will.
First, a little side quiz.
If these restaurants keep failing state inspection
(some for 8 years or more),
who is responsible?
A – (corrupt government)?
Or
B – Un-trained “State Inspectors?”
Or
C – Not enough “State Inspectors?”
Or
D – All of the above?
Every year since moving to central Florida restaurants, many restaurants, have been failing this state’s inspections, the same restaurants many times.

Being a tourist town there have to be hundreds of restaurants in the area and keeping up with them is a big job. Perhaps the eateries feel like they can get away with stuff because they don’t get inspected very often.

Tony Burgess watch the news tonight. The retired WFTV health inspector said that these restaurants have been inspected at least 8 times.
Why take 8 times before shutting them down for good and protect your is my question?

Reasons for failure include low wages for employees and hiring recent immigrants and illegal immigrants and poor attention to management responsibilities , nonecertified employees and no work ethic. One reason I left Miami is that private and public sector entities pay little attention to protocols and have employees that disregard paper work of importance in the trash. Fl DPR cannot even monitor Dept of Children and Families as hundreds of foster kids and repeatedly abused kids do not receive follow-up and intervention resulting in over 400 child deaths that were preventable. If state not recording and acting for murder/neglect of kids why worry about non compliance with health requirements is thought of restaurant owners.

Don’t get me started on Florida,
Neverland, where people come to hide from the law and responsibility; you do know which party has been controlling the state, right?
If we do not have enough inspectors they need to take a little of their crooked pockets and hire more inspectors.

Also facilities for aged care are rat holes in many cases and few get shut down even with certified criminal treatment of residents.

You are right Carl
However, the states are the ones too blame no matter the reason?
