Henry Brown murdered his family in a rage

A judge granted a permanent injunction in February

to keep Henry Brown away from the couple’s apartment

and from Chericia Brown’s workplace,

Hbrown

but the state attorney declined to prosecute the Dec. domestic battery case, writing:

“There is insufficient evidence to prosecute this case.”

In my opinion,

This Head States Attorney is much more dangerous to Floridian’s then our governor,

Governor Rick Scott, if you can believe that?

The last real State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit (Lawson Lamar) lost his job because he always did his job!

Orlando

Lawson Lamar made it a practice of bringing each accused murder and/or accused felony case to court and let the jury decide the fate of the defendant!

Because of this he lost his job!

State Attorney Jeffrey L. Ashton the State Attorney

for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Since taking office on January 8, 2013,

he refuses to prosecute any case that is not an open and shut case!

He does not want any more lost cases l

ike the Casey Anthony case

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla.

Apr 18, 2016

The murder of a domestic violence victim and her two young children in Seminole County Sunday night

came after months of violent turmoil, according to court records.

Police forwarded the report to the

Seminole-Brevard State Attorney’s Office,

which chose not to file charges

Authorities said Henry Ramone Brown, 30, waited for his estranged wife, Chericia Brown, hiding in the trunk of her car

outside a Chili’s restaurant in Lake Mary.

When she tried to get into the car, Brown attacked, stabbing his wife multiple times.

Employees at Chericia Brown’s place of business, Quality Custom Distribution in Apopka, are feeling a sense of loss.

Her supervisor is listed in court records as having frequently checked on her well-being

since her marriage to Henry Brown began to fall apart, putting her and the couple’s children, Henry IV and Aleah, at risk.

Investigators said that after Henry Brown stabbed and ran over his wife outside Chili’s, he picked up his children, who were with a babysitter

at the Altamonte Springs apartment that the couple used to share.

Records show that in November Altamonte police were called to the couple’s home for a domestic disturbance, but no arrests were made.

According to a petition filed Dec. 21 in Seminole County, Chericia Brown

discovered that her husband was having an affair and told him she wanted a divorce.

She recalled his violent reaction:

“He pulled my hair and whispered, ‘If you take my kids away, I will personally kill you,’”

the petition said.

She said he was

“grabbing my hair and hitting my head against the wall.”

Records show that Henry Brown tried to stuff socks into his wife’s mouth to cover her screams on another occasion.

Chericia Brown told investigators that her husband would not allow her to have custody of their children.

A judge granted a permanent injunction in February to keep Henry Brown away from the couple’s apartment

and from Chericia Brown’s workplace, but the state attorney declined to prosecute the Dec. domestic battery case, writing:

“There is insufficient evidence to prosecute this case.”

Court records show that while Henry Brown was initially barred from being on the Crescent Place Condos property, Chericia Brown decided to move out and left her two children in the custody of Henry Brown. Fla. man attacks wife in Chili’s parking lot, kills young children and himself following car chase and hospital shootout

Woman reported violence before husband killed her, 2 kids, reports say

‘Insufficient evidence’

She filed for the injunction on Dec. 21 — three days after reporting the violence to Altamonte Springs police. Records show she asked a judge to let her keep their children, but that Henry Brown could have unsupervised visits. The injunction did not cover the kids.

After the Dec. 18 report, Altamonte Springs police did not arrest Henry Brown because of a lack of physical evidence and inconsistent statements, a report states. The officer wrote in his report that Chericia Brown’s injuries — just a small cut on her left bottom lip — did not match up with her story. Henry Brown also told the officer his wife made up the story to get him in trouble because she was mad about the affair.

“Due to the fact that victim C. Brown will not be returning to the home and has not returned in 48 hours, the fear of further violence does not exist,” the report states.

Police forwarded the report to the Seminole-Brevard State Attorney’s Office, which chose not to file charges. In a Feb. 10 memo explaining that decision, the prosecutor wrote there was “insufficient evidence to prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt,” citing the delay in reporting the incident and a lack of corroborating witnesses, among other reasons.
