Native American Bucket List

Welcome Stroudsburg Pennsylvania

To my Bucket-list

Shechaim (Sachems) Native Bucket list

While looking for information about, a Native American Bucket List.

No one wants to go back to a time without our man-made convenient equipment and very few are happy with the world that we are now forced to live in.

There must be a happier middle of the road somewhere?

Thanks to this past visitor

I can see that the Bucket-List back on September 29th 2013,

is in need of a little tweaking.

(1) -Tribal Nation- To an old native this is a copout, I believe that the ancestors are not happy with a title of (Nation), this is knuckling under just to please the conquering nation, we are a proud tribe of people.

(2)- Only members of the tribe sponsoring a gathering has the right to their powwow (gathering), guests are just that, guest, enjoy the gathering as guests and help only when asked.

For over 20 years, people from other tribes come to a gathering, bully the people or just plain ignore our ways, and this must stop.

If I go to your gathering and am not pleased, I shut my mouth and leave.

Guest members must remember that they are guest of the host tribe and make suggestions only if or when asked to this goes for non-natives invited to enjoy the gathering.

(3)- is a good list, exception, there is a need of a group of powwows to rate and report on every powwow, gathering and meeting to add to a universal list on Facebook, WordPress, Twitter and so on, ones actually native and ones a waste of your time. Follow, by website or blog, groups of Native American Venders around gatherings throughout New England, New York and New Jersey reporting on the acuity of each group putting on the gathering as in staying with the culture and ceremonies of that area, only allow Native American Venders selling Native American made.

(4)- Become healthy enough once again to spend one complete powwow trail year traveling around New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and upper New York state, revisiting each tribe, both government recognized and Ancestor recognized.

Shechaim is very interested in observing, friendliness, likenesses and differences of each gathering from past visits and today’s visits, while looking at future agreement between natives now and the ancestors.

I would also enjoy another trip around Indian country again visiting all tribes.

(5)- Each Casino Indian Nation to move forward by backing up a little and once again become a Native Tribe from the area that they built the casino in?

What are your fears?

They made you Indians and placed you on a reservation, if you have native ancestors you need not be the government’s puppets?

In other words, kick out the mob, lobbyist, other tribe members, and politicians and run the ‘tribe’ with only native tribes from the area and then care for all of the indigenous people s around your area?

Act like a Native Tribe not like your puppeteer.

Once again remember your leaders and that committees should be setup to pay the bills and gather the net profits, distributing equal amount to all of your tribal members, not just the committee as was always done in the past by the ancestors!

(5A) – Last but by no means least,

I would very much like to get back to schools from kindergarten to college, with questions and answers from students of all ages, with a program that would allow teachers and students time to discuss question, before our meeting, also many more round tables, with students, teachers, clergy and other native, for a better understanding and relationship between the groups.

I really do want World Peace!
